01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Credible Create website, Bot Barracks virtual IoT simulation software, certificate verification portal, or participating in our robotics and AI training cohorts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All curriculum frameworks, 3D simulation assets (Sim-1 and Sim-2), software code, brand materials, and interactive course designs are the exclusive property of Credible Create:

• Software License: Students and participating institutions are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bot Barracks software for educational learning purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or commercial reselling of software installers, MicroPython bridges, or course materials is strictly prohibited.

03. CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION & AUTHENTICITY

Certificates issued through the Credible Create Verify Portal contain unique cryptographic identifiers. Any attempt to alter, forge, or falsely claim unearned certifications will result in permanent account termination and notification to associated school authorities.

04. USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Students participating in shared simulation spaces, hackathons, or interactive AI labs must maintain respectful behavior. Submitting malicious scripts, interfering with platform telemetry, or attempting unauthorized access to admin systems is strictly forbidden.

05. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Credible Create provides educational software and learning materials "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime and seamless hardware integration, we are not liable for incidental damage resulting from user-built hardware circuits or local software environment errors.
